Born and raised on Vancouver Island with family and friends from
Victoria to Campbell River and having traveled extensively, I really do
appreciate the very unique local beauty.
I have over eighteen years experience in the Real Estate Industry,
three years working in the city of Vancouver and the remainder here on
Vancouver Island.
While in Vancouver, I participated in several aspects of Real Estate
including working in land assembly for multi-family housing projects,
marketing new condominiums, as well as the listing and sales of homes
from Vancouver to Mission. I learned a lot from these experiences.
While here on Vancouver Island I have worked in sales of land, homes
and condominiums both new and used. I've been involved with the
construction of nine single family homes and my own for resale as well
for others. I've been involved in the sub-division of land from the
acquisition process through to the registration.
