Peter Koch has been selling Real Estate on Central Vancouver Island since 1999. Prior to that Peter spent many years managing the family furniture store in Prince George. Peter's Danish heritage and fluency in that language made him an ideal candidate to travel back and forth from Europe scouting the latest in European home decor.

In 2005 Peter, along with his wife and fellow realtor Kathy, decided to buy the Realty Executives Nanaimo office.  Together, Peter and Kathy make a dynamic team that with their expertise and energy they can make your real estate experience both positive and seamless.
